#NP Dope Cuts 2

Welcome back! It's round 2 of #NP DOPE CUTS. IT'S TKO TIME...ON YOU! KAPLOW.

Okay, so I pretty much stopped the whole Twitter #NP nonsense because I want people to actually hear good hip hop and not just see some tweet flash past on their timeline or whatever. You know that you never read those and neither do I. Nobody clicks on the links. So here is a collection of the best hip hop that I've heard over the last few weeks that I want to share. There is just so much bad music out there that I had to do something. You know, make a difference. Hope. So check these out...the tracks aren't new, or ranked, or written up, they're just incredibly dope (and should be written up at some point)...

LET'S GO...

A-Y

We featured A-Y last month with his amazing song "Fall Back" (a.k.a. what I kept spinning while ya'll had "Otis" on repeat), this time we're endorsing the whole preview tape. It's dope, especially check "Potent", "Haiku" (incredible change up), "Therapy", "Fatigue", shoooooot the whole thing....

Stay tuned for next month's Dope Cuts 3.

#NP HONORABLE MENTIONS
(The following tracks are good, but not classics, we can't recommend a purchase,
but we would recommend a listen.)

Beanie Sigel

The track is good but it runs long by about three minutes.

Beanie Sigel -B Boy Shit Clean by TheHumbleBeez

N.O.R.E. (feat. Cory Gunz)

This track follows in the tradition of CNN and N.O.R.E.
in that the beat is insane but the lyrical content is lacking.
